		<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So true on the sleeping baby front, I babysat my 9 month old nephew for a few hours yesterday, and was able to do pretty much nothing productive &#8211; other than play and stimulate his growth, which is of course valuable, but not productive <img src='http://therealjasoncoleman.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />   Glad to see you guys are doing well, and good luck with the calorie counting, food journals help, as do sleeping babies so you have enough time to cook a nutritious meal instead of just scrounging for anything edible in your cabinets!  To help keep you running, or motivated to run, how about signing up for a race?  Broad Street 10 miler is in 12 weeks, May 3rd, could be a good stretch goal.  Or there is the Valley Forge 5 miler on April 19th.  Get a plan on runnersworld.com through the SmartCoach, I love these plans its how I trained for the half marathon in November, and what I’m using for Broad Street this May.</p>
